Pros

Strong underlying product with real market potential and Smart, hardworking individual contributors across teams.

Cons

Severe lack of direction at the executive level especially within sales leadership. Overwhelming focus on booking new business meetings without a realistic or sustainable pipeline strategy. Little to no support in pipeline generation reps are largely left to figure it out on their own while being held to aggressive expectations. Sales strategy changes frequently with no clear plan communicated or reinforced. C level executives operate in a very cliquey manner creating silos and limiting transparency and trust. The current CRO appears unprepared to run and scale a modern sales organization resulting in confusion misalignment and wasted effort across the team.

Leadership accountability appears limited, while expectations for employees continue to increase alongside ongoing headcount reductions. This has created a high-pressure environment without the structure or support needed to succeed. Organizational processes are underdeveloped for a company at this stage, resulting in inefficiencies and repeated rework. Retention is a concern, with frequent turnover impacting team stability and morale. There are also cultural concerns, particularly around inclusivity and respect. Representation in leadership is limited, and there is a clear opportunity to build a more inclusive and equitable environment. Additionally, there is a noticeable disconnect between external messaging and internal reality, including company size, stability, and overall business momentum.
