Pros
It's a hive of activity, everyone busily working towards their part in building the business from where it is currently, to realizing it's full potential.
Cons
Nothing really leaps out. Some things move quicker than you'd like and some things slower, but that's what you get in an early stage fintech. Not really a con, but it would be nice to meet up with colleagues face to face a bit more, which can be tough due to the global footprint that we have (and the price of airfares).
