You have to be comfortable to be a claims processor and call centre operator pleasing customers and your unit manager. Very unfriendly environment where your co-workers are very encouraged to gossip and snitch on each other. You are "strongly recommended" to leave a company review on glassdor website about your experience during your onboarding process. And of cource most people are leaving positive ones to keep the job. Expectations are unrealistic, people burn out pretty fast. Read carefuly your contract to avoid legal prevention to move within a company unless you sacrified a year of your life working as a claims representative.
