They are now forcing managers to work in the office 2 days a week and everyone above 4 days a week. There was little notice. They haven’t forced all employees back yet, but the writing is on the wall. They previously said that there was no minimum in person requirements and have now had an about face. Do not trust them to not change things further. There is a big push to be back in the office because Louis wants to see people’s faces, even when he is sick he likes to come into the office.
