Pros
- some career progression - great product - job stability (there is always work to do)
Cons
- not all managers but too many of them with no formal training on how to manage people. Doesn't back their people and makes decisions without consulting the people in the front line. - I do question the manufacturing line being dominated by POCs while the office is mostly white folks. I know it's not intentional but equally terrifying that they are not thinking about it/ noticing this. - clients can be very rude. I wish the CEO or upper management would make a public statement that it's not okay to abuse someone via email/ phone. Having a quiet word with the perpetrator is not only protecting them but without a public statement, it doesn't protect future attacks on your employees. - need better communication channels - burnout is real
