Pros
Work life balance is fantastic A lot of paid time off right away Casual atmosphere Stable job even if you just show up and do bare minimum Green company, very environmentally conscious Fantastic job if you are a person who believes that once you get a bachelors degree, your finished with self-improvement and would like to "cruise" your way through each day to get a paycheck.
Cons
Pay is low. Lot's of internet playing and talking on phones that goes un-repremanded. Raises are low. Outperform others? Doesn't matter. VERY mindless work. A bachelors degree over-qualifies most positions, although it is required. VERY repetitive work. Zero lateral skills attained while working here unless you want to do another lab job. If you are an individual with an advanced degree I would not suggest working here as you will not get much of an increase in pay over most folks that have a bachelors degree. Also, for those that have strong political beliefs, particularly on the right side, it's a very left company. A lot of un-professional behavior as a result of the average age being around 31 years old and the casual atmosphere. If you are one that desires a professional environment, this may be difficult. It has ups and downs.
