      Overtime is available. The job is not complicated. Relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      The pay is too low. Advancement opportunities are few and far betweeen. When one pops up, it’s like sharks swarming. Promotion seems based more on time in than merit. High deductible insurance plan instead of good insurance.
