Pros
Good environment. It's a good place to start out. I do not see myself working here past 5 years. Good place to develop experience.
Cons
There are no annual bonuses to Production Scientists. Raises are minimal. The company is very willing to invest a substantial amount of money on developing new products, but not developing the lifestyles or standard of living for the people behind the record success the company claims to have. It's really discouraging to look at other jobs and realize the benefits, salary, and perks you receive are the same as someone who has a 2 year degree or a high school diploma. The whole time I have worked here, I have felt undervalued, under-payed, and overworked. The only reason I am able to afford my standard of living is by consistently working overtime and micromanaging my money. This job does not value it's production scientist. No one complains because the environment and culture seems great.
