I don't think there is any. You can join this company as a last resort. The company is not worth your time. There will be nothing to learn here. You won't learn anything that will be useful in your career.
Cons
So many downsides of the company. Less pay, no career growth unless you are a manager's favourite one, less benefits and no proper management. HR team is the worst. Everyone is not aware of the policies of their own company. Don't join IntouchCX at Bangalore...........
