      Pros

      Senior management including the CEO is openly accessible to everyone. Multiple CEO's do Coffee w CEO sessions to bridge the gap btw all levels. Most teams operate hybrid schedules so there is a good flexibility between work/home setup. There’s a strong focus on results although face time is encouraged. Offices and teams across multiple Southeast Asian countries give real opportunities for cross-cultural collaboration and networking. Employees have the option to explore different roles or locations within the organization due to internal mobility policy recently introduced. In my experience so far, I’ve been trusted with serious projects from day one. That is great for growth but at the same time daunting because you want to deliver to the best you can.

      Cons

      As the company is growing rapidly, not all procedures are fully standardized. Some systems and workflows could be improved for efficiency. Responsibilities may change quickly and job descriptions can sometimes be unclear. Some leaders have a “strong” and passionate management style, which can feel overwhelming to new team members at first. It gets easier with time, but onboarding can be a lot initially.

There’s a strong "in the trenches together" mentality, especially during double-digit mega-sale/double date events.

      Cons

      Work-Life Balance Challenges: The industry doesn't sleep. During peak seasons or big brand launches, the hours can be intense. Burnout Risk: Because the environment is so fast paced, it’s easy to overextend yourself. You have to be proactive about setting your own boundaries.
