Pros

* Laser-like focus on ensuring only "nice" folks get thru the door. This is a good thing. You'll find no arrogant or rude folks in this company. It only takes one bad apple to be a "virus" to a company. Those with egos or bad attitudes need not apply. * Open seating work environment - It's ok I suppose, but also not bad. Nice to work right next to your immediate colleagues. * Healthy options for all the free food/drinks they offer. * Great on-boarding process - You actually are forced to learn the product and understand what actual end users work with, before really even being productive. Regardless of position, you get to "shadow" customer service reps to understand the daily problems users call in about, and experience the incredible professional attitude the reps portray. Management understands there is a learning curve, and give ample time to deal with that. * Since the acquisition by Intuit, the benefits of this place are almost out of this world. Honestly the benefits here are even better than many places you'll find in Silicon Valley. For being in Eagle, ID, you'll not find an establishment with better benefits. * The state of the company and earnings is internal public knowledge. There are no secrets about "how much the company earns daily" kept hoddled only by upper echelons of management. Daily, all employees can see exactly how much new revenue is generated, etc. * People are down to earth. No (or very little) bureaucracy. Management layers are kept thin, and there is little red tape to deal with. * No pointing fingers when mistakes are made. It's a SaaS product. Sometimes things happen where you can break the software. This is known, and you learn and grow. Employees rally around and rather than pointing fingers, steps are taken to instead identify root causes. * Work/life balance is amazing. You won't burn yourself out working 10 hour days here. It's very normal to just put in 40 (unless, under certain conditions, there are critical emergencies...). The mantra is that if we're sprinting to get something out the door, we're really just walking, and better planning/scheduling needs to be done, rather than over-working employees.

Cons

* Provided coffee mugs are too small :(

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
