Pros

- Amazing benefits - Good Technical Work and great tools

Cons

Not a fun work place. Starting virtually at Intuit is huge problem. A very hostile environment in team. Manager doesn’t give a constructive feedback but rather a Discouraging feedback so either you resign or get terminated within 90 days of joining. Not a place to start as fresh graduate with no internship experience at Intuit. It's very tough, depressing place to work. Not supposed to ask questions, use slack where no one replies, just sit quiet for 8 hours. Highly micromanaged. HR doesn’t take action even if told that the employee is suffering in the team. It's been told that sponsorship is given but the manager due to personal dislike puts the visa sponsorship on hold after getting selected in lottery.

Pros

I really enjoyed working with Intuit because it was a fast paced environment that pushed me to grow professionally. I appreciated the strong focus on customer experience, the support from leadership, and the opportunity I had to advance into a Tier 2 role within the same season. It strengthened my communication, problem solving, and multitasking skills while allowing me to help customers during stressful situation

Cons

One challenge for me was feeling somewhat disconnected from upper management and operations leadership at times. Most of my direct support and communication came from my team leads, who were very hands on and helpful. I tend to work best in environments where there is strong visibility and engagement from leadership across all levels.
