Pros

As an intern, it was an awesome experience to work at Intuit. A lot of brilliant and ambitious people who want to make great products. There is a huge wave of innovation throughout the company. Many internal side projects that may or may not become a full product, but it all starts with a simple idea that any employee, even an intern, brings up and starts on her own. I got involved in few new projects that was totally not related to what my team does; however, my manager highly recommended me to work and go for it. OF COURSE, I always had my duties for my team as a priority, but as an intern, I don't get that many HARD projects or was able to manage a lot of tasks simultaneously. Anyway, I presented my side projects to senior managers and received some rewards for it. It was a truly amazing experience.

Cons

I don't have any downside. I really liked working there, but I couldn't find a full time position that matched my situation. They only had openings that required me to wait 6 months, so I just moved on and joined Google, which is another awesome company.

Pros

I really enjoyed working with Intuit because it was a fast paced environment that pushed me to grow professionally. I appreciated the strong focus on customer experience, the support from leadership, and the opportunity I had to advance into a Tier 2 role within the same season. It strengthened my communication, problem solving, and multitasking skills while allowing me to help customers during stressful situation

Cons

One challenge for me was feeling somewhat disconnected from upper management and operations leadership at times. Most of my direct support and communication came from my team leads, who were very hands on and helpful. I tend to work best in environments where there is strong visibility and engagement from leadership across all levels.
