Pros

Have been at Intuit for 1 year - Culture, perks, benefits, team members you work with are all top-notch - Great place to learn and grow as a product manager because of the structured environment and wealth of experience that the product leaders and team members have - Team in India is growing and getting more responsibility, good place to be to grow with this team - The stock price has done well historically and recently. RSUs offered here are a great way to build some wealth - Many opportunities for internal mobility to take up new roles. It's well-promoted by leaders too so that there is no stigma or fear of retaliation from your current manager unlike some other places - If one ever does think about leaving down the line, awesome exit options too. Colleagues have left for places such as Google, Microsoft, Walmart, Salesforce, etc. Lots of inbound opportunities keep coming on my LinkedIn that I politely decline because I love being here

Cons

- I have no complaints, only praises for Intuit

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
