Pros

Customer focused thinking applied and practiced to relieve the most people of the greatest burdens of the existing financial system. Employee-oriented operations, processes and benefits Open dialogs, training and a positive approach between managers, directs and seem to go all the way to the top Technology is being revised constantly and new solutions are experimented with in a proactive manner Engineers are encouraged to grow, challenge themselves and plenty of tools and opportunities are provided Projects have a generally good infrastructure that provides many important services out of the box in a useful way

Cons

Stock value has not recovered despite large value engendering steps and big investments into the AI space Some processes are exhaustively difficult to put together because of complicated systems and legacy Old technical choices linger and large scale operations are extremely hard to change and make flexible again.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
