Pros
Invenia is very welcoming and supportive of people from all over the world coming to Cambridge. From relocation to onboarding and day to day my experience has been great. Coming from abroad I have received access to tax advice, premier banking, insurance, and overall help and support to settle in Cambridge. The company is growing extremely fast. This is very exciting as I feel like I'm helping build something meaningful alongside amazing people.
Cons
The weather in the UK can be challenging. The company's growth speed can be challenging at times when everyone has to chip in still and get out of their comfort zone to keep the show running.
