Mostly supportive teams. Independent learning is required and performance is often judged independently. Mostly good culture. Decent tools (AI and more) provided by headquarters. Each 'service line' differs greatly.
Cons
Needlessly complicated financial processes, software. Insights and findings are often secondary to new business churn. Programs by headquarters can be good, yet there are too many and are spread too thin. Lower pay.
