Pros
Motivating salaries and bonuses. Great collective. You get to work with people from other countries and cultures. Chance to go on training to foreign countries.
Cons
The graveyard shift takes a long time to get used to, if you ever manage that (from 16PM to 1AM). There aren't many chances to advance and the technologies you use there (the confirmit platform) are not very demanded elsewhere, so if you decide to leave, you'll probably have to start from scratch at the new place.
