Pros
The work is interesting, the people are nice, there is some relative freedom to develop your own business area, (as long as it doesn't take up anyone else's time and it doesn't impact of your core responsibilities), and you can get some good experience. Its a good springboard organisation.
Cons
Pay is terrible, the workload is too much. Senior Management provide other niceties, and seem to think it makes up for poor pay, like "happy employee appreciation day" (very 'The Office'), or beers at department wide updates.
