Good benefits including health insurance, 401K, time off when needed. Some very qualified, knowledgeable and hard working people.

The focus is on changes and claims instead of developing workable strategies to complete the work as required by the contract. The company provides no orientation to company policies or projects. Employees are simply hired and left on their own to learn the company policies and what has transpired on each project and how to proceed. Project management is not provided with sufficient administrative or technical resources. Relationship with owners is poor. Relationship with subs is poor.
