Decent equipment, Pay on time and provide an opportunity for Refrigerated transport experience along with providing general knowledge of the meat industry.
Cons
Training is mediocre at best. Management instills a feeling of mistrust by implementing such devices as drive cam inside the truck. If you want to live inside your company vehicle and have a camera pointed at you 24/7 then this is definitely the company for you. Trucks were ordered w/o tilt steering wheel which shows a general lack of concern for driver comfort. limited drop and hook available.
