TOXIC. Do not work here. Firm is a mess. Leadership does not care about the employees, they only care about the public perspective and numbers. They say they want a good company culture and have a bunch of meetings about how they want to be "ONE JL" but the actions don't match the words. Very toxic work culture with unmeetable expectations. No guidance from leadership when real questions are asked. There is so much turnover. Anyone who has been there over a year is considered senior. Most people don't even last a year. Gossip is a problem too. Save yourself the mental toll and don't work here.
