1. Micromanagement 2. To much reporting in system, 3. They Don't believe in quality, they believe in quantity. I mean you need to do atleast 8 physical calls per day. 4. They have so many old faces which creates lot of politics to new employees. 5. Very less salary increment. 6. To much cost cutting.
