      Johnson Matthey is an outstanding company to work for from the compensation to the benefits an all around gem

      Cons

      Very few cons there is always a lot of work to be done and never enough hands to get it done so overtime is plentiful

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
