      JM as a big company, provides a good package for benefits

      Cons

      Poor HR management observed in JM at Billingham Catalyst. The HR manager remained uninvolved during routine tasks, allowing team members to watch Love Island for extended periods during the workday. The HR team, expected to support employees, instead tends to assign blame and accusations when issues arise.

      If you are lazy, this is the place for you

      Cons

      If you are somewhat competent, don’t worry, management doesn’t care. Employees are part of their politics game. From orders delay to customer complaints, management’s resolutions are to put in more tedious complicated system and lay off actual workers. Constant restructuring every 6 months with no idea what they want. Base pay is below average. Not sure why investors are still investing and why customers are still buying. I would give 0 star if I can.
