Pros
Great benefits package...only a couple hundred dollars a month for full benefits. Matches 401K contributions up to 4% and has a matching retirement program as well. Management group is easily approachable and has a good open door policy.
Cons
Not much opportunity for upward movement as most of the company is based on the East Coast and in London. Also they are admittedly not the highest paying company, so it makes it difficult to improve quality of life when living in one of the most expensive cities in the US.
