      Pros

      Get to work with high end luxury products in a large reputable dealership. Some nice coworkers.

      Cons

      They will overwork you. They want to be recognized for their culture but wouldn’t hesitate to find someone to replace you for cheaper. No promotions from within and no recognition of effort or hard work. No bonuses.

      High quality products, value based, and very professional. Lots of long time sales associates that are willing to collaborate and teach. Value based sales methodology. Customer centric.

      Cons

      Medium turnover rate. Out in Sandy so may require a commute.
