I interned for Junson's Global Real Estate both part-time throughout the semester and full-time over the summer. Junson's lean team allows interns to be an integral part of the workflow, creating a great opportunity for young professionals to gain real work experience. They also have a great mentorship program that pairs each intern with an experienced professional. Throughout the Summer, HR hosts various events that allow interns to strengthen their connections with everyone in the office.
Cons
I cannot think of any negative things about my experience. My summer at Junson was great fun and a fantastic learning experience.

Pros
Good location and work environment
Cons
They pay you as an intern but expect you to work as a full-time. No training at all and keep blaming the quality of your work. If you are a Chinese student, good luck with that and they basically expect you to work like slaves in China. I almost had depression working there and the my recommendation is avoid taking internship here even if you are desperate, especially if you are Chinese.
