      Pros

      The boss is generous when we are profitable. The working environment is well decorated. The IT team will always equip everyone with top class IT devices. Good work and life balance.

      Cons

      The senior management is horrible. They have too much intervention on some investment decisions and they will not bear any consequence when those decisions turn out to be stupid. They will not hesitate to cut headcounts when the investment performance is lower than their expectation.
