No loyalty, no monthly performance assessments, poor IT group, complete silo within Operations. Current lawsuit (alleged securities fraud) with the US Government has lead toward an active spin-off of that portion of the business. Un-honored commitments, Townhall meetings exist with unfulfilled promises, and a vision that does not align with goals. Human Resources department is a complete failure. No compassion for employees, and no path forward environment. When work is slow, employees are told to "just dig in and look for work".
