      KECH management cares about their people. There is a lot of room to move up in the company. They treat everyone fairly and with respect. It is like a happy family.

      Pros

      Great company. I never had any issues or concerns with them. They do offer sick time and PTO. At the end of every year, you do get a bonus, obviously depending on your stats and attendance. I did work 3 different contracts. The thing I like is that they do find a job for you right away. No complaints about this company.
