      The work is really interesting. The office life is relaxed and friendly.

      Cons

      The work isn't public yet, so it's hard to share what we're working on. The employment package is pretty basic: salary, no shares, no incentive schemes, very basic benefits.

      - Absent founder - No clear vision of what we are trying to achieve as a company - Not released anything despite nearly a decade of development

      Pros

      Interesting domain - representing data using 3D. Interesting problems to solve every day. Relaxed atmosphere. This is an early stage start-up so no customers shouting when a bug goes into production. Nice hardware with up to date macbook pros and huge monitors. Flexible working and salary structure.

      Cons

      Not released yet so can't show off what we make. Employment package is a little basic.
