Pros
Very friendly coworkers, some upward mobility for long term employees, family style company mentality, many employees have been with the company for decades. Very loyal to chronically or terminally ill employees and their families.
Cons
Bosses want high tech results from low tech or old/broken equipment. Not always the greatest place to work as a woman since it is a very good ole boy culture.
