Pros
Pay and benefits are second to none in the call center world.
Cons
Benefits are great. Morale is extremely low and getting lower by the day. Favorites get put on "special projects" that entail wandering around aimlessly and socializing. No hope of promotion, even if you basically trained most of newer representatives. Upper management is adept at finding new ways to run their best employees off. They put more energy into punishment than praise, reacting instead of being proactive. Taking vacation time or docking pay if you have to pee outside your break times is ridiculous. Otherwise, the pay and benefits are amazing; they pay more to their cust svc reps than united health care pays their managers, by like $10K.
