Pros
Incredibly talented, collaborative group to work with. Since the product is the best on the market, people are responsible for the success of the company, and the people have done a fantastic job. Working with peers in other countries forged some great relationships, some of the Germans and Russians are still key contacts for me, and they are GREAT people.
Cons
Fast growth causes lots of work and a sense of urgency in places where it's not needed. Trouble focusing on the real priorities. Also, hiring shifted from hiring great people to hiring great resumes, which hurt the business and caused good people to leave a few years back. Not sure if that's changed.
