Quite a disappointing experience to work for Kaspersky Lab.
Company has a real challenge with the business ethics.
Europe is likely exaggerated with it, due to the regional management don’t really focus on business, mostly of self PR and public appearance, while employees are abandoned.
Large number of employees were witnessing mismanagement and even mobbing of other employees, including mid-management positions, driven by the top management of the region. We saw people to be fired with no reason, no performance or work ethics issues, just because top management disliked them.
The most shocking thing is HR who act as a personal policeman of the managing director in those situations. We used to see them ignore escalations from the employees, push back any complains they receive. People are not necessarily treated with respect. Weird organisation set up: here are reporting lines, but people are working in silos. Poor guidance and management in general.
Kaspersky Lab has a big gap between what they say on public, what they declare when hire you and how they actually do the business. Lack of transparency is an ongoing issue in company's processes.
No surprise we see number of top-mid level people are leaving the company recently
As far as i see, many well performing employees are looking for the job outside, as they see management has no strategy
