Pros
They really take care of me. I don't know if this is just I'm lucky but they really take care of me. They want me to be confortable in the company. I'm just 7 months here but still impressed how my boss and coworkers try to get my on board in a perfect nice way. Of course I have challenges but I feel I can ask them any moment I need help.

As is an International company there is a lot of time travelling, but of course this is my job and
