Pros
The people are great, the work is interesting, there is a sense of teamwork. Free coffee Every day and bagels on Friday. Nice ratio of women to men, lots of diversity, people for the most part or generally cool.
Cons
Compensation changes quarterly. Kaspersky leverages the fact that they have great health benefits against it employees when negotiating compensation. Some of the managers have low morals. (as in did they sell used cars before)
