Pros
An exciting place to work if you like computers, their networks and the challenges they face around security. The products are very good and the company invests seriously in them. The R&D teams are true experts in the field. It is a relaxed work atmosphere with a diverse and mostly young workforce. Benefits are excellent and compensation is good.
Cons
Very little attention is paid to career development and succession planning. At times it feels like only if you are a Russian you have a chance for a promotion to a global position.The HQ control on the local offices can be asphyxiating for innovation and productivity. Questioning authority is not welcome.
