Pros
I’ve been with Keka for a year, and the biggest highlight for me has been the exposure. Because of Keka’s reach in the industry, it has been a great place for professional networking. You get to build direct connections with leadership and executives across various organizations, which is a career booster. There is a sense of growth here, and it’s a great place to be if you want to understand how a major HR tech player scales. The office ambience is positive, and the overall work environment is solid.
Cons
While the organizational culture is strong, there is room for improvement regarding flexibility for the SDR team, as the role is currently more office bound. There is also a bit of micromanagement. However, if you value high-level networking and want to be in a high-growth environment, it’s a great place to work.
