Pros
It's a good transition/entry-level job for most. I don't see myself staying due to minimal raises/pay and lackluster benefits.
Cons
For the work that is required to do, the pay is not competitive as it is a CRO (contracting company). If your position within is dependent on a contract, the pay for lower end positions are ok.
