I have been fortunate and am a witness that when you work hard and show your value, that you may be promoted and grow within Kemper. I have been promoted three times within seven years. Kemper is very quick to address any issue there may be, so even if there has been a Con, they have remedied it so efficiently, effectively, and timely, that it really turns it into a positive quickly.
