Pros

The people I worked with were what made the job enjoyable. We were all in the same boat and could commiserate together. Office management understood the work load we were dealing with and would assist as best they could.

Cons

Upper management at the time didn't appear to have a full understanding of the goings on as it related to personal lines insurance at times. They also didn't seem to have a grasp on the amount of potential fraud that we as adjusters came across on a daily baisis.

High caseloads and demanding workloads can make it challenging to maintain work life balance. The job can be stressful at times due to deadlines, customer expectations, and the volume of claims.
