Pros

Internal Senior Management was GREAT and we operated like a startup company.

Cons

Replacements from the outside KILLED Kilico. They were horrible, selfish, highly political cold-blooded corporate sharks that only cared about themselves without regards to the long-term viability of the employees or the success of KILICO. The parent company forced in the new management team and booted out the loyal management team that built the product without regards to loyalty and honor. The loyal management team listened well to the troops and strategically made smart moves. The cold-blooded corporate sharks killed the company and any long-term plans were scuttled because "they knew what was best". Look at Kilico now, ouch!!!
