      No Seniority, Flexible working hours (it depends on your department and function), great salary and benefit, meet a lot of great and humble people

      Career growth and opportunity still limited (Depends on the Department)

      Pros

      There really isn't much idle time. Plenty of work orders and PM's to do each shift.

      Cons

      No advancement, None. The company has been through several hiring freezes, and most departments are short handed. It has been a revolving door. Instead of filling the positions they have just doubled the workload on the employees.
