Pros

I've been working as a Business Analyst at Kerv for 5 months. I've been welcomed to the organisation in the best possible way, with introductory days, talks from the leaders, and most recently an annual event to celebrate our culture and accomplishments. Kerv has a mission statement: to leverage the power of technology for the good of our people, customers, society and planet. And, these are not just words, everything I've experienced since I started my time with Kerv has resonated strongly with this mission. The leaders are inspirational and the work is diverse and varied. My colleagues are a joy to work with. I hope my time at Kerv continues to last as long as possible.

Cons

Just the one. Kerv is not always the 'prime' consultancy on all their projects. This sometimes means the way we deliver client solutions is strongly influenced by our co-suppliers, rather than us being fully in control of the design/delivery ourselves.

We're hoping your time at Kerv continues as long as possible too! Glad to read that you're having a great time with us and have been onboarded the best way possible - especially getting to attend Stay Ahead, we're already looking forward to next years event! Good point on the delivery/design of services with our partners, we hope this hasn't been a negative experience for you.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience with Kerv. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your recent perception of the culture and leadership has been less positive, especially as you have seen the organisation over a number of years. Your comments are noted and taken seriously. We do recognise that feedback like this is important input for us as we continue to evolve our culture, leadership capability and people practices. We are already reviewing several aspects of how we hire, develop and recognise our people with creation of a number of initiatives and your perspective will be fed to the relevant leaders. If you are open to it, we would really value the opportunity to understand your experience in more depth through a confidential conversation, so that we can better understand your observations. In any case, we appreciate the contribution you have made over your time with Kerv and wish you all the very best for your future endeavours.
