Pros

I worked at Kibo for over 6 years. The company went through a LOT of changes (3 CEOs, at least 6 managers, department changes, mass layoffs, etc). I really enjoyed my time at Kibo. I met some great people and had a lot of opportunities to move up (4 promotions in 4 years). I did miss going into the office and the beginning of the year parties when covid hit though.

Cons

I was laid off with a lot of my other colleagues. My manager was let go as well and he was the best one I had. Another guy was laid off after being with the company for 15 years and he did a LOT there! They did take care of me when the layoff happened and I have found another job since but I would've liked to stay on to see the end of OMS.

People are nice and easy to work with. They are very productive and helpful.

Cons

Not good pay for the position compared to other companies.
