      Pros

      This is a company with strong growth and as a result many opportunities for career advancement. The people are a pleasure to work with and for. Teams are very collaborative and for this size company the executive staff is very accessible and the managers are approachable. Additionally there are exceptional opportunities to be part of the Kids II Foundation which donates time and resources to groups around the world.

      Cons

      Sometimes it gets quite busy and you feel it is necessary to put in extra hours in order to stay up to speed. Although I am not aware of a company that does not have this happen from time to time

      Pros

      Great place to grow and learn. There’s a lot of opportunity to try new things, share ideas, and actually see them taken seriously. People are supportive, and there’s room to develop professionally and improve how things are done.

      Cons

      Some processes are still evolving so change happens quickly to continue growing.
