If you can stay employed as a strong performer the pay isn’t bad
Cons
They try and use buzz words to act like they care for their employees but it’s a joke. Constant reorgs, constant senior leader changes, constant downsizing but more and more work for less and less people.

Thanks for your feedback. However we're disappointed to learn of your cons. We're looking to continuously improve, and your honest feedback is very helpful. We'll be sure to pass this along to the appropriate teams.
Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.
Cons
While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
