      Training provided for fresh graduates.

      Cons

      Culture: Very political in terms of biasness. HR is not professional. Manager level no leadership. Staff: Politics, Ego, Lack of basic courtesy. Career: There is no such thing as rewarding based on the performance. It is more like " who survived with flying colours who gets it" Culture: Everything is cutting cost.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

      Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

      Cons

      Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
